ANIMAL IN THE MIRROR

The mirror as a spiritual synonym and at the same time as a catalyst that encourages critical observation and self-reflection. This confrontation ultimately leads to transformation, to recognizing the original form.

A kind of reverse evolution describes the idea behind the creation of the three sculptures.
'All forms can be seen as a transformation of a primordial form, from which they grow like a tree.' (Goethe's morphology)
A reduction, minimized in its form to the essential. This is based on the mental image and the fascination of the world of microorganisms, bacteria, archaea and fungi...etc.

There was much more time to evolve than any other living thing and offer a range of functions and abilities unmatched by any other organism. This huge potential of microbes contains the possibility to reverse the mistakes of excessive pollution of the environment.
